1) Administration and Management of Internal Applications such as Salesforce, HRMS, Google Apps for Business, SAP etc.
2) Perform regular testing of softwares to ensure performance metrics and being met.
3) Collection and qualification of software bugs/ faults, manage the trouble shooting process with software suppliers & service provider.
4) Provide timely resolutions on internal application issues.
5) Integrate existing or new business processes into the IT platform, collect user demand for changes/enhancements within software and manage the solution process.
6) Be well versed in CMS (Wordpress) to maintain, update and scale our website.
7) Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML / CSS practices.
8) Cooperate with web designing/marketing team to match visual design intent.
9) Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
10) Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
11) Create and maintain software documentation such as training manuals for various internal IT tools.
12) Well versed in latest technologies to provide recommendations to management.
