Call Allocation to the Service Engineer
Following with client about Machine
Handling West India Engineers
Maintaining CRM
Outstanding Follow up with customers
Maintain Report of spare & Consumable
Allocation & Closing of Pending Call
Preparing Customer Agreement for All India
Prepare and give MIS to seniors
Maintain the Installation Details
Machine Dispatch coordination
Making quotation and closing with customer on phone
Internal and external coordination
Branch Admin Responsibilities
Assist Branch Manager in day to day Branch Operations work

Skills & Knowledges:

Fluent in Communication (Kannada, English and Hindi)
Multitasking ability.
Should have a positive attitude & should be goal oriented.
Should have good presentation and convincing skills
Customer grievance handling techniques and satisfaction is must.
Soft skills training preferred
