The Senior Technical Product Manager will be responsible for defining functional requirements, user stories and user flows for feature enhancements, defects and new products. You will be working with an exciting team in a matrixed, offshore organization that includes Deliver, Program Management, QA, Visual Design, Sales, Project Management, etc. You will be the technical face of the product and interact with internal and external customers to understand problems, offer solutions, and log feature requests. You will also play an integral role in identifying and planning areas of improvement in the existing product architecture and features with the assistance of the chief software architect.

Coordinate the creation of UI/UX documents to accompany product requirement documents.
Manage product ticket backlogs and generate product roadmap for all products in portfolio.
Consults with internal/external customers to understand use cases and ensures that the development organization has sufficient information to develop the software.
Ensure product support issues are resolved or escalated to development
Build positive relationships and trust through on-time delivery, high quality, continuous innovation, and exceeding expectations.
Conducts technology and vendor assessments including build vs buy analysis.
This position requires a 3-5 years of enterprise class consumer facing SAAS product management experience as well as experience in technical solution design.
Deep understanding of how SaaS products are developed, deployed and monitored. Experience using virtualization technology, preferably Amazon EC2.
Proven track record of defining technical solutions from high level business use cases. Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment.
Ability to prioritize among many competing alternatives and plans, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions.
Driven team player, collaborator and relationship builder with proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
Confident and effective collaborator who can drive consensus and make independent decisions
Effective at making decisions / conclusions through processing multiple forms of robust analytics data.
Must be available to work all/some portion of the US time zone work day.
