Solve HPSM Tickets (Incidents, Problems, and Service Requests) and join war-rooms calls actively.
Work closely with SA/SME’s/Architects to discuss & understand issues.
Identify and implement system enhancements/improvements.
Take ownership for timely quality delivery of assigned modules.
Provide appropriate status updates and track project assignments.
Document lessons learnt.
Ability to perform & deliver with minimal handholding.
3-6 year experience in IBM MDM (V11)
Good knowledge of Java / J2EE, XML, Web Services.
Hands on experience in Database DB2.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Analytical Skills.
Good team player.
Knowledge of IBM BPM and RDM.
Knowledge of COGNOS reporting.
Basic understanding of US healthcare.
Previous experience supporting production maintenance activity.
- Minimum Education (fed from GSS)
- 1+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience
- 3+ years of experience working as a IBM MDM
- Health care industry experience
