Job Description

Develop Strategic Plans to increase the market share of Master Batches, Additives and Pigments.
Generate sales enquiry and approach customers from the plastic industries like injection moulding/ blow moulding/ extrusion
Driving sales operations and motivate the sales teams to maximize sales revenues.
Leading, mentoring, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales and meeting of individual & group targets.
Maintain and build a customer base through liaising.
Conduct trials for the products at customer's site if required.
Addressing customer complaints and give after sales support.
Customer visit and give presentation
Support R&D team for necessary modification in formulations so that customers requirements are fulfilled.
Analyze and interpret results and draws conclusion to solve customer issues.
Observation of market and competitors from technology point of view.
Prepare and conduct technical/customer/sales meetings.
Prepare & Present visit reports, sales reports, commission reports, inventory reports on the business periodically.
Develop and sustain relationship with potential and existing customers.
Handle sales to the direct customers and through dealers/distributors.
Follow up for the payment.

Requirements

Qualification: Any Graduate preferably in Plastic Polymers.
Experience- Candidate should have minimum 3 years of working experience into Masterbatches, Plastic Injection Molding, polymers etc.
Should have Team Handling Experience.
Excellent communication skills with the innate ability to influence others outside and across the traditional organizational structure- including senior leadership and to drive for results across functions.
