Position: Senior Research Director - QualitativeLocation: MumbaiExperience: 10-12 Years Qualification: MBA/MA Accountabilities:1. Train, develop and mentor the team (skill and capacity building for all researchers and team) under the guidance of the All India Head2. Responsible for achieving business targets and optimizing deliveries3. Creating business pitches, proposals, identifying prospects and converting them to clients (under the stewardship of Executive Director)4. Collaborate with quantitative and other teams towards building a comprehensive and seamless research plan and design (through again proposals and presentations)5. Overall, responsible for providing actionable insights/recommendations for client Critical Competencies:· Achieving Business Targets and optimizing deliveriesCreating business pitches, proposals, identifying prospects and converting them to clients (under the stewardship of Executive Director)Lead client meetings, presentationsTrain, develop and mentor the team (skill and capacity building for all researchers and team) under the guidance of the All India Head· Collaborate with quantitative and other teams towards building a comprehensive and seamless research plan and design (through again proposals and presentationsTrack business KPIs (revenue, profitability) and outstanding statuses through monthly MISWork towards building IP products and servicesManage and oversee research projects, keep team motivated Work closely with the Management Team on HR decisions and strategic decision and direction· Attend conferences, talks and ensure assimilation of learnings for the team internallyDrive information gathering and filtering, providing valuable business and customer insight regarding trends, behavioural shifts, attitudinal dynamics of the category & marketplaceOverall, responsible for providing actionable insights/recommendations for client (through adding value to the presentation received from the team) and add value to the client
