We are looking for Senior Recruiter with 2 to 4 Years of Experience in end to end recruitment, who will work on managing end to end recruitment cycle to attract, screen, select and onboard qualified and suitable personnel to fill in house job openings. The goal is to attract top talent, gain competitive advantage for company's growth.
Handling end to end recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT positions.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portal.
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, networking etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews to filter candidates within schedule.
Interaction with different department manager for understanding their requirements.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
Monitor and apply best practices in HR recruitment.
Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team.
Promote companys reputation as best place to work
Desired Skills and experience:
Proven experience of 2-4years in the field of core recruitment.
Demonstrate skills in budgeting and financial management
Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
Working experience on job portals, preferably Naukri and Linkedin.
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands on MS office excel, word etc.
Strong decision-making skills
Any bachelors degree, however, preference may be shown to candidates who hold professional HR certification or a Masters Degree in HR.
