Job Description

Executing Payroll (PAN India) in SAP every month which includes Hiring, Separation, Transfer, Processing Salary, CTC updation as per MW, Additional payments & Deductions, Incentives, Salary Start/Stop, Bank details updation, JV Posting etc
Creation /Deletion of Position Code & Org Unit, Mapping employees to Position Code.
Updating Leaves, Generating Attendance and Leave Balance report.

Coordinating with the Regional HR of PAN India to collect the data to execute the payroll on time and also to make them understand of the Payroll from the SAP perspective with the implications and explain them how to Audit the data with the system.
Assist team in understanding the pay-slip calculation on pro-rata basis.
End to End process knowledge of Indian Payroll.
Conduct Process & SAP training to enhance competencies within the team.
Interacting with Accounts Team for the reconciliation of Salary after posting the documents JV.
Should have hands on experience on UAT testing for new improvement &implementation into SAP.
Updating Salary details as per the Notification received by the Govt. due to MW.
As per Compliance notification/revision making changes in SAP.

Responsible for various reports which are generated through SAP required by business such as Monthly New Joinee, Monthly Separation, CTC Report.
Disbursement report Bank wise & Region wise.
Sending Monthly Report for New Joinee, Separation and Transfer IN & OUT to Statutory department.
Generating Salary Register/PF/ESIC report for the remittance from SAP

Maintaining & updating employee personal database for Business
Handling employees day-to-day operational queries
Providing floor support to our team members consistently.
Ensure data security / compliance to code of conduct within team.
Identify and implement cross training strategy within team


Candidate must have good exposure in SAP module (PA, OM & T&A Module)
Minimum Payroll experience is 4-5 yrs
Immediate Joining & male candidate is preferable
