5. Must have experience on all 3 tools along with Cherwell/ServiceNow/Remedy etc.
6. ITIL certification (good to have)


Job Description

Perform periodic audits of monitors under each toolset to ensure currency with application and system events and that monitor will work correctly.
Provide a first and second level of support, analysis, and troubleshooting to resolve issues with event monitors.
Think proactively and close gaps in current monitoring landscape. Provide recommendations for improvement.
Proactively work to ensure compliance with all policies and practices.
Provide written technical recommendations to improve monitoring capabilities.
Participate in projects and other duties as assigned.

Skills and Knowledge:

Experience in an enterprise monitoring role.
Intermediate Windows/UNIX systems administrator skill set.
Working knowledge of a scripting language (PowerShell, Python) Required.
Previous experience with documentation and content management and development of process documentation for a shared knowledgebase- desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Typically, requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management.
Typically, requires a college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
