Key Stakeholder Relationship Management
Develop strong and constructive relationships with business stakeholders, ETA leadership, key HR contacts, as well as across the broaderbusiness in India and across the globe
Gain a sound understanding of the assigned business/s (structure, nature of their work and business challenges faced) to enable anticipation of businesses future recruitment needs, ensure sourcing strategy is aligned with these requirements
Ensure effective and high quality regular weekly, monthly and quarterly communication with the hiring manager community and various key senior business stakeholders, facilitating a consultative recruitment experience through knowledge and intelligence sharing, as well as accurate reporting.
Become key contact point for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries/issues that arise pertaining to the RPO team. Actively seek and act on feedback from key stakeholders to drive optimum solutions for both parties.
Analyse and communicate to client/s and peers recruitment trends, results and insights (business unit, client and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk
Communicate the process and benefits of the solution and membership to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects and additional service offerings
Recruitment Process Delivery & Enhancement
Monitor or manage delivery of recruitment assignments according to the agreed recruitment process, SLAs compliance and legislative requirements ensuring all required activities are completed and documented accordingly
Ensure the team is fully utilising Taleo, Avature and/or other recruitment systems in the manner outlined and agreed in the Operations Manual
Actively manage team to ensure minimal Operational Risk incidents, and to ensure that any such incidents are reported and resolved quickly and in accordance with the global Operational Risk framework
Ensure team is fully briefed on contractual recruitment delivery process to include in-scope activities, SLAs, mandatory recruitment activity stages and team responsibilities
Working with the broader ETA Team and the Sourcing & Internal Mobility Leads to develop an effective Talent Pool framework for all Business units, to include: job segmentation, defined sourcing strategies, and articulated engagement plan per role type.
Ensure ongoing continuous improvement and value add initiatives to improve team efficiency
Manage relationships with recruitment related 3rd party service providers as assigned (recruitment agencies, advertising, probity checking orgs etc) in conjunction with the ETA Leadership team
Represent client brand in market to attract and retain talent and strive to achieve reputation of recruitment best practice/employer of choice.
On-site Team Management & Leadership
Recruit, induct and train new team members where and when required.
Ensure effective performance optimisation of all team members, within agreed guidelines, ensuring all KPIs are set and appropriate development plans are devised and mentoring/coaching provided as required
Manage workload allocation within the onsite team in close consultation with client-facing ETA Leads, including volume forecasting, headcount planning, leave management, and utilising Hub services where appropriate.
Demonstrate leadership qualities at all times, creating and maintaining a professional and positive team environment
Ensure the team adhere to compliance requirements (Recruitment, and client), i.e. data integrity, management of the process
Manage and escalate any individual/team issues that may arise ensuring nil client impact
Ensure team are kept informed of account contractual changes, client and initiatives and results/achievements
Delegate management tasks (staff, recruitment process or project related) to Service Delivery Leads or other team members as deemed appropriate and oversee same where applicable
Actively manage attendance of team at events to share learnings and build a network with colleagues.
Have a solid understanding of the contractual services agreement and provisions including KPIs and SLAs to support commercial decision making, and ensure team likewise have a solid understanding
Monitor service delivery against contractual terms and manage out of scope service requests including proposal management where appropriate by client appropriately
Identify, and advise on commercial risks for and client and manage these risks accordingly via Account Planner Risk Register.
Represent according to values and behaviours of the company and the client at all times
Share knowledge of learning, innovation and best practice with colleagues
Identify opportunities for added value services for the client
Escalate appropriate relationship, contract or process issues in line with Global Solutions best practice to Account Director and /or Executive Director as appropriate
Know the Global Solutions areas of specialisation/service offerings and actively develop relationships with peers within RPO and other Global Solutions divisions.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Thorough understanding of the end to end recruitment process within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably at and/or with a global financial services organization
Previous experience working with RPO teams is an advantage
Prior experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders
Experience in or knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus
Successful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time
Worked in a team environment that emphasized group contributions
Leadership skills and ability to drive results in a matrix environment
Strong written and verbal/presentation skills
Ability to write client oriented communications e.g. emails, job descriptions
Ability to give presentations to clients ranging in group size of one to fifteen
Functional personal computer/software knowledge
Proven ability to manage many projects/tasks at the same time
Proven ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines
Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships
