Roles & Responsibilities:
> Oversee the Training Need Analyses, Content Development and Enhancement Training Implementation functions.
> Collaborate with the department heads to obtain the data pertaining to the quality system as needed for the data analysis.
> Review the analysis for accuracy and completeness and directing the outcome to a logical conclusion.
> Oversee the Training calendar preparation including Annual GDP-GMP Training, implementation and tracking the attendances.
> Provide inputs for content development and support designing respective effectiveness check pathways.
> Manage a database of trainers and their area of expertise to support selection of trainers for training.
> Maintaining trackers / software to define the target audience for a given topic.
> Responsible for maintaining all the relevant documentation and its trace-ability.
> Maintain statistics of the trainings with respect to attendees, their evaluation, outcome of training, effectiveness checks and thereby the further steps of actions.
> Prioritize the topics for content preparation, provide sources of technical information for facilitating the content development.
> Guide, direct and support the team members in their day-to-day activities.
> Provide reports to Head Training in a timely manner, maintain transparency in all the work-related matters and supports him / her to make proper decisions.
Desired Experience :
> 10 to 13 Years of experience in Technical Training & Development in Injectables / parenteral manufacturing facilities, exporting to regulated markets.
> Should have faced audits from USFDA and other regulatory bodies.
