Financial Planning and Analysis & Commercial Finance

Assist commercial finance analytics, terms, pricing, contract and reviews for with Sales Head and CFO. In this role, responsibility will include following (but not limited to) Financial analysis for pacing monthly/quarterly pipeline, orders, sales, margins, receivables and coordination of regional reporting, and timely preparation of management reports. Lead discussion for the Blueprint, Op Plan and Short Range Outlook planning and forecasting processes including preparation of executive presentations, back up sheets and other relevant information.

Provide commercial support and analytics for growth opportunities including deal reviews, pricing, margins, credit, convertibility, backlog, entitlement and other key decision parameters Provide MIS on credit risk, credit control, FX exposure/coverage, country risk, bonds, payment security, bank guarantees, letters of credit, etc. Provide analysis into project profitability, ascertain and price for risk, structure contracts for maximum cash flows


Chartered Accountant or MBA or equivalent 10+ years work experience in finance/accounting
Good PC skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
Sharp, high energy, results-driven, solution-oriented, focused and motivated, with solid decision-making capability, Excellent analytical skills, Quick learner
Possesses the confidence and presence to interact at senior management levels
Comfortable with fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
