Job Description

Job is responsible for supporting analytical projects of the company ranging from application score- Business Development, Customer Collection Improvement and Business Risk Assessment.
Application Score-card validation for Retail and Wholesale loan business
Generating PSI, CSI metric on a regular basis to evaluate population movement occurring in individual variables and final application score
and publishing this report on tableau.
Generating KS, Gini co-efficient metric to evaluate model performance on a regular basis and communicating results with Business Heads.
Calibration and Re-calibration of Application Score-card for Wholesale and Retail Loan business.
Recalibration of loan application model with vendor to improve model performance and to keep it updated with recent business movements.
Finding out which multiple variable segments of the population were giving high bad rates through segmentation by decision tree based algorithm.
Risk assessment by Probability of Default (PD), Loss given Default (PD-LGD)
Running pooling approach estimation for calculation of probability of default and loss given default for all retail businesses on a regular basis.
Updating technique as per requirements, set standard and evaluating output with business to ensure no form of discrepancy.
X-bucket collection improvement: Developing a comprehensive logistic regression model for improving overall collection efficiency of call-centre from customers who fall under X-bucket (first emi bounce) delinquency segment.
Working on risk segmentation model for special segments which displays maximum discrimination or information value for the target variable through variable ranking process through random forest algorithm.
Development of Profitability Dashboard: Developing extensive profitability dashboard at dealer level granularity for TW business taking into consideration all the cost-centres associated with the business and developing projected collection cost and credit cost by using linear extrapolation methods which greatly assisted in selecting and deselecting dealers for the business.
Involved in other roles such as inter-business cross-sell, Early Warning system (EWS), non-starter analysis of specific business units.
