5. Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization, etc.
6. Checking the suitability of the candidate.
7. Taking telephonic round of interview before sending them to client.
8. Scheduling interviews in co-ordination with the client and closing the requirements.
9. Benefit negotiations.
10. Further follow-up for the offer details and ensure the candidate joins.
