Job Description

Provide support in the regional delivery and roll out of new stores, complete renovations and requirements of existing stores for Lifestyle.

Key Job Responsibilities
New Store Project Execution
Align and work in accordance with the new store specific project delivery schedule
Understand the store layout and design aspects of the new stores from the design teams
Understand the design pack along with BOQ (civil, MEP, HVAC and firefighting), site condition and SDR and share feedback on variations with the relevant stakeholders
Match the approved sample board on site and check for adherence
Initiate work at site
Provide support in sharing project progress updates and schedule tracker at regular intervals to the corporate execution team
Adhere to the coding sheet as obtained from the corporate team
Perform periodic quality checks with reference to work deliverables and materials used at work and take required actions (work in progress and post completion of each activity)
Work with retail operations, IT, marketing and VM on their deliverables to ensure adherence to project schedules
Follow through to ensure a snag free handover of the new store to the regional retail team as per defined timelines and quality standards
Adhere to the new store closure process as per defined norms

Existing Store Project Execution
Align and work in accordance with the store specific renovation schedule
Provide support in study of the existing store layout and collection of all relevant details, snaps, feasibility check details and measurements to initiate the design process for renovation
Adhere to the renovation closure process as per defined norms
Follow through to ensure snag free handover of the renovated store to the regional retail /concept team as per defined timelines and quality standards
Vendor Management
Manage the vendors to deliver as per defined expectations
Evaluate the vendors and provide feedback
Self -Development
Learn on the job and from planned learning activities for continuous self-development
