Job Description

First level of contact between the customer and the organization

Follow up with clients on Agreements, Handing over, Registrations, Services and Maintenance.

Handle customer queries, understand customer requirement and suggest efficient solutions.

Work closely with the sales team and assist in sales process.

Present information to various teams in the required report formats.

Ability to work independently, be able to prioritize & meet deadlines.

Excellent Communication skills.

Must be creative, Energetic, organized and detail oriented.

Good interpersonal skills.

Overall in charge of customer satisfaction and collections post-sales.

Managing a team to ensure collections / receivables are as per company norms.
Post sales, follow with customers for completion of all documentation formalities.

Tracking of legal and compliance related requirements between the company and the customer.

Coordinate with accounts teams forreconciliation.

Follow up to ensure appropriate action on customer feedback.

Provide necessary inputs and support whenever any major concerns or disputes are escalated by clients. Preparingdaily, monthly and week basisMIS reports.

Monitor customer account details for non-payments delayed payments and otherpayment discrepancies.

Timely escalation of cancellation cases ensuring customer retention.

Timely escalation of issues/cases where managements approvals are required.

To ensure adequate support to customers for assistance in bank loans, registration of property.

To lead and implement customer delight initiatives e.g. welcome kits for new customers, prompt allotment letters, birthdays & anniversary wishes.

Gender:Both (Males are preferred)

Experience:Min 1 yr experience required in real estate sector
Desire Profile: We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy individual, who has worked with well-known organizations. He/she should be a go getter with pleasing personality and excellent communication skills. Any Graduate preferably with an MBA.
