- Capable of making presentations to prospective clients and key influencers

- Individually handle Business Development right from pre-sales to closure of assignment, understanding of prospects and preparation of proposals .
The Candidate should necessarily have :
Educational Qualification: MBA in HR
Experience: 3 - 6 years
Candidate should have done sales for HR Consulting, made proposals and done delivery for assignments.
