Candidate will be responsible for B2B sales and marketing for Consulting and Valuation vertical only
Managing existing client relationships and undertake business development activities to expand working relationship (viz. North & East region)
Managing key account relationships for the team for North & East Region
Work closely with various departments within CBRE (for North & East Region) for any cross sell of services
Research and update / develop client databases and figure out relevant touch points in each firm.
Prospect for new client business for this vertical through cold calls and face to face meetings
Undertake media tracking on a regular basis to identify any new client leads
Set up meetings between client decision makers and senior CBRE team members and accompany them on pitch meetings
Work with operations team to respond on client requirements through RFPs, tenders, empanelment and proposals.
Work on pitch presentations and other such marketing material such as capability statements for the vertical
Manage the Business Development Process for the North & East region utilizing a CRM software platform responsible for generating periodic reports, undertaking various types of analysis and sharing the same with senior team members
