Senior Associate - Business Development (prop Sales)

Job Description

Co-create, execute and monitor the sales strategy for the proprietary sales
Identifying new accounts to participate on the companys platform and promote increased trading from these accounts through manual as well as Algo.

Key Accountabilities:
Manage and coach a team of arbitrages and Jobbers
Show back tested results and reports
Showcase the opportunity of trading in exchange
Create a training program to engage fresh Jobbers and Arbitrages
Establish and enhance cash and carry opportunities and handhold them to initiate and evaluate algorithmic trading opportunities.
Ability to communicate clearly, quickly and effectively in a professional setting
Entrepreneurial attitude, creative problem solving skills and ability to implement iterative improvements to trading skills
Promote revenue generation from existing members in the prop trading through schemes, campaigns, education and awareness.
Identifying cross selling opportunities between prop sales and business development teams across members doing prop and client businesses.

Educational Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 2-5 years

Skills and Knowledge required:
Good communication Skills
Quick Learner
Fast thinker and presentable
High level of interpersonal skills

Competencies (Behavioural Skills) required:
Able to take and resolve day to day issues
Demonstrate the ability to take people with them
Must have the ability to research a problem in depth using contemporary research and apply to the Indian context.
Comfortable working with numbers, with good attention to details
