Resource management within all teams, balancing the needs of the business with i
ndividuals development needs and career goals.
Financial position, ensuring targets are being met.
Produce monthly KPIs/dashboard.
All ad-hoc initiatives taking place in the Assurance group.
Ensure that the new resource management system is optimally configured and that
resource management and requisition protocols are fully embedded in both the GSS
team and its customers planning processes.
Forecast and monitor headcount needs and attrition to identify recruitment needs
Work with the Audit Seniors/mangers to resolve resourcing conflicts.
Day-to-day management of the resource team, including regular meetings to review
chargeable hours, utilisation, priorities and coaching for the team.
Provide the GSS finance team with all necessary information for the monthly bill
Provide budgetary information as required for forecasting purposes
Produce weekly/monthly reports for reporting to internal and external stakeholde
Work with the GSS Admin team to ensure that transport, floor space, and other lo
gistical needs are planned and met
Manage ad-hoc projects for the Assurance team as required

At least 1 year of work experience
Any Bachelors Degree
Experience in Resource management/ Billing/Transaction Processing/Data Managemen
t is desirable

Be familiar with Microsoft applications and working knowledge of excel
