Overall Job Purpose:
To provide end to end logistics and support for implementation of LL&T learning programmes and initiatives
To handle day to day query management & mailbox monitoring for the UK, US & APAC/EMEA with round-the-clock support
Management, execution and governance of the mandatory trainings rollout in the bank globally.
To record, track and report on timely and accurate management information and analysis for LL&T deliverables including budget, evaluations etc
To work closely with Team Manager MT Support along with Global Programme Lead.
Key Accountabilities & approximate time split (%):
Logistics and Administration (70%)
Work with the team to ensure that the appropriate end to end support is in place for implementation of all BI learning programmes.
Booking internal and external rooms, catering, trainers, speakers, IT equipment etc.
Assisting the trainer with services to ensure the smooth delivery of the event
Ensuring availability of course material, printing
Emailing Joining Instructions and links to pre and post course work
Portal management and setting up the courses on the Performance Learning & Talent System
Monitoring completion of evaluation processes
Attendance monitoring and escalation
Assisting with Supplier Management in case of a need
Raising POs and submitting invoices to Finance Team and capturing accruals, if any
Production and maintenance of a database of LL&T suppliers
Understand the various phases in the 90-day governance cycle for ideation, development, execution, allocation and completion of the Global Mandatory Trainings in the Bank.
Provide support to business stakeholders through query handling and mailbox management to explain the design approach, process and timelines for completion.
Management Information and Reporting (30%)
To support the team with the production and maintenance of consistent and meaningful management information and reporting for training allocation and completion.
To be a POC globally for colleagues and BI representatives for any training metrics.
To identify and procure meaningful data that will contribute to reporting and build self-service reports that enable efficient production of management information reports
To support ad-hoc data and management information requests pertaining to different regions.
Proven experience of training administration, management and logistics.
