Manage the interface between the forecasting, data team and the regional research team, ensuring that data is collected on time and forecasts are made with the benefit of market-specific knowledge.
Manage on-going team efforts to streamline research and production of telecom product family to free up resources to cover new areas. Where necessary implementing new ways of working.
Own the data quality assurance process this involves running regular audits to ensure that the data is up to date.
Work with other Principal Analysts, Practice Leaders and Forecasters to devise and co-ordinate SG Analyticss long-term research data strategy.
This will involve co-coordinating a research plan with regional and data teams to ensure the product is up to date.
Produce monthly product update reports for our customers to inform them of our data and forecast production schedule so that they are aware of when to expect new products.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a highly effective client strategy is developed and execute a business development plan with the TMT sales team.
This will require the manager to lead client sales sessions. The manager will also roll out a sale training programme on each of the key products.
Produce distinctive, market-leading data products for the telecom and digital media markets.
Research & Analysis:
Highlight to customers the quality and comprehensiveness of our data by producing ad-hoc analyses and short reports to identify interesting trends, milestones and other topical developments.
Assist with consultancy and bespoke research projects when required, Present at industry conferences, client strategy sessions, sales meetings and act as a public face of SG Analytics
