Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is required.
15+ years of experience in solution delivery or product/application development functions with
at least 10 years of experience in leadership roles.
Leadership skills and experience in managing and influencing technology teams in a nonhierarchical
Ability to lead a team of highly skilled hands-on technology professionals (software engineers,
application developers, service managers, program manager, software testers, BI professionals,
etc.) who are responsible for translating business needs into technology solutions.
Solid track record in building and maintaining complex software platforms.
Strong understanding of insurance industry is essential with global experience being preferred.
Candidate will have good interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities and be a
Proven track record in building and maintaining high performing teams.
Experience working with the full Microsoft technology stack and with agile development
methodologies is required.
Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability and proven analytical, methodical thinking,
problem solving and decision making skills.
Excellent verbal and writing skills, including the ability to effectively communicate to nontechnical
team members and leaders and the ability to proactively provide status on team
successes, challenges and continuous improvement initiatives.
