* Make calls to customers, R&D & Regulatory departments for new and existing clients
* Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
* Respond to technical / Regulatory inquiries and concerns
* Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
* Conduct market intelligence
* Develop and maintain a customer database
* Prepare Annual Budget for the territory and achieves targeted Sales volumes
* Ensure price realization
* Ensure collection from the Customer as per the credit limits
* Obtain / update market information of the customers and competitors in order to frame an appropriate strategy
* Identifies potential customers and develops them for commercial requirement
* Regulatory support to customers
* Build rapport with consuming locations based at Eastern region and Nepal / territories assigned.
