Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description

1.Billing processing according to appointment scheduling.
2.Coordinate with Future Retail Ltd (Big Bazaar), Walmart, Vishal Mega Mart,Metro Cash & Carry, Reliance Retail Limited etc. in India
3.Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
4. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
5. Overdue/Outstanding follow up to buyers & follow up with accounts for payment transfer.
6. Analysis of sales data as daily sales reports performance of team analysis.
7.Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
8.Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filling important documents and communicating relevant information
9.Update the sales report on a daily basis.
10.TA DA Expense of all sales team.
11.Month wise claim reports.
12.Monthly budget generation.
13. Follow up to supply chain for dispatching the stock.
14.Daily work reporting to Manager.
