Job Description

1) Responsible to manage investments of HNW individuals and corporates into real estate.

2) Advising clients to invest in properties based on their time horizon and their cash flow liquidity.

3) Performing strong brand marketing activities focussed on corporates and ultra HNI individuals.

4) Preparing presentations and pitching deals to clients.

5) Recruiting and handling agents and setting up agency network across MENA, GCC, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

6) Marketing the brand to local and international agents and brokers to maximise penetration and generate increased sales revenue through them.

7) End to end service to the client, from advising them on property investments to after sale service.

8) Coordinating with the support and back end team i.e. legal, contracts, accounts and handover

9) Keeping abreast with all possible avenues of investments and monitoring market trends.

10) Portfolio valuation and analysis through DCF, IRR, cash flow and ROI.
