Job Description of Sales Planner

Developing advanced multimedia reports that improve managements productivity and visibility.
Making sure that each Business development executive and Managers know which clients to work with.
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
Designing and implementing new, more effective CRM system improving pipeline accuracy.
Able to enhance territory design and sales process in order to get better client communication and coverage.
Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines.
Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
Liaison with the Marketing team and provide support to the Marketing team in the Marketing sector.
Preparing all the MIS reports for day to day reporting to Sales office and General Manager.
Preparing and maintaining sales data of the sales team
Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations.
Generation of sales report on daily, weekly and Monthly basis.
Monthly Quarterly analysis of Sales and Budget.
Coordination between the sales teams and General Manager and the Directors.
To understand the needs of the Clients for conducting any Research/ Audit

Requirements

Requirements

Should be able to identify and implement.
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other positions will be considered a plus
Good computer skills (MS Office), oracle, sales force and various other sales module.
Client Analysis.
Sales force allocation analysis.
Project management.
Proficiency in English
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
Working as a bridge between client and the company.
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in same field.
