Consumer base consolidation every quarter.
Preempting the competition impact and take a proactive approach.
Systematically and methodical maintenance+compilation of area data/records.
Frequency and level of record/data updation.
Number of reactive and proactive approaches taken with their outputs.
Increased VPO/Enlistment of new outlets.
Consistent VPO (volume per outlet) and increase in number of outlets in accordance with SR targets. Low distributor attrition. Opening of new markets.
Overall achievement of volume forecast ensuring TSI wise objective accomplishments.
