Acquire customers through DSAA, Self sourcing or from leads from POS machine provider / alternate channels etc.
Manage portfolio in terms of regular disbursals, issue resolutions and renewal of limits without escalations.
Maintaining healthy product ratio with nil delinquency.
Containing over dues with proactive measures
Ensuring regular engagement with Channel Partners.
Monitoring the portfolio regularly in order to contain any delinquency symptoms in the initial stage by meeting such clients with proactive measures.
Sincere and dedicated effort to collect/ recover overdue amount from the respective clients on regular basis and support to recovery team as and when required.
Taking any additional responsibility as and when it is required with focus on deliverables.
Qualifications MBA / PGDM / Graduate
Experience Minimum experience of 1 2 years in Business Loan / LACR / Merchant Cash advance..
Functional Competencies Should have a knowledge about business loans / LACR / Merchant Cash Advance.
Mentoring DSA Staff by providing guidance and feedback to help them realize their fullest potential and in turn improving the performance
