Role Outline/Job Summary:
The job of a Sales officer is to monitor potential market and Catering to the PSL Business
Business/Department Objectives:
To drive the PSL business of Commercial Vehicle finance, handling a team of DST’s and DMA’s
Effectively manage the manufacturer and dealer counters for penetration, reach ,wider coverage and market share
Core Responsibilities:
Achieving budgeted business volume and spread for the branch
Reaching targeted market share with key manufacturers
Managing team of DST’s/DMA’s with desired productivity levels
Ensure generation of good quality portfolio
Managing the portfolio performance by working closely with risk and collection team
Qualifications
Education:
Preferably MBA
