1.Identify sources
* Executives have to source business through all kinds of sources: Chartered
Accountants, Brokers, Architects, Builders, Contractors, employers both
corporate and government departments
* Source wise numbers, Acquisition and deepening of relationship with Category
A Category B sources.
* Source diversification.
2.Meet Targets by value and numbers
3.Flair for sales
4. Daily Activity Report
5.An ability to build professional relationships, a spirit of co-operation, and a
flexible approach to work
6. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
7.Must have strong verbal and written English skills
8. Strict adherence to LMS ( Lead Management System)
9.Manage client satisfaction and feedback process to team members & external
customers.
10. Discipline
11. Empathy with customer
12. Local knowledge and local candidates would be preferred.
