Sales Mgr(Sr. Lead) / BDM(Lead) / Project Sales(Projects)

Job Description

- Promote customer relations, acquires new business, develops the existing client base and leads the account management.
- Be the brand ambassador for the company in the region and find innovative ways to improve brand building and recall.
- Monitor assigned accounts to ensure that all contractual requirements are met and manage all activities and projects within these accounts.
- Participate in and lead Sales bid/proposal reviews and direct the business development process in terms of tendering and quotations.
- Ensure the implementation of companys logistics/procurement policies, systems and resources on all projects.
- Undertake cross selling and up selling within existing customer base to further develop account potential.
- Develop new business through approaching new customers & expansion of existing territory.
- Manage & maintain the Daily Sales Outstanding for the region so as to maintain a healthy sales model.
- Meet the GP targets assigned for the region as per budgets.
- Manage credit limit, credit period & DSO.
- Follow-up & ensure timely collection of payments as per SLA.
- Imports to be at 65% & Export to be 35% of total turnover of the region
- Monitors market trends & competitor activity in order to identify new business opportunities (new markets, new product line, new verticals, etc.

2. Relationship Management

- Track, respond to, and resolve customer issues and requests in a timely manner.
- Work with Operation Managers to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained.
- Initiate / facilitate activities that aim at building a strong bond with customers.

3. Sales MIS & Client Servicing
- Furnish sales updates and weekly sales reports to the corporate team/Sales Director.
- Prepare presentations for new customers as well as review presentations for existing customers.
- Sales discipline, process management, timely reporting by team etc.
- Responsible for the management and handling of the RFQ & quotations.
- Maintain customer data base for both existing as well as prospective customers.
