Design, plan, organize and execute the job assigned and area allotted for effective marketing of hospital services, facilities and modern technology to doctors, consultants and clinics.
Develop and stabilize good and meaningful relationship with consultants, doctors, International/ VIP Patients, International business partners & Facilitators.
End to end international patient coordination.
Respond to queries raised from Embassies, international and VIP Patients within the given TAT.
Responsible for inside sales support for queries & patients from the international market.
Interdepartmental & Inter-Hospital coordination of international sales activities.
Following up on sales leads, review & liaison for incoming queries.
Facilitating patients by answering their every query and concern through emails within a standard timelines.
Communicating with customers (patients & healthcare facilitators) both in person & in writing.
Liaison with Key contacts in Embassies & with all Healthcare Facilitators to drive international business.
