1. Preparing Annual Sales Strategy for the segment, including action plans for assigned projects.
2. Assist in Developing & Executing Company’s marketing plan.
3. Managing your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients
4. Sending out details of the properties to people in your database.
5. Determine clients’ requirements and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
6. Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution.
7. Co- Ordinate with Bankers to get the customer loan sanctioned.
8. Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.
9. Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property.
10. Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, canopy activities and other promotional activities.
11. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters ensuring a fair and honest dealing
12. Perform comparative market analysis and stay updated on price movements, construction activity, key trends and market dynamics.
13. Ensure targets are met at individual level (site visit & conversion).
