Job Description

1. Responsible for meeting Sales revenue & Collection targets of the assigned area.
2. Open and Develop new markets within the area of operation.
3. Ensure smooth working and business developmental activities in the area.
4. Demand Forecasting and Sales Planning
5. Supervise, Delegate & Guide the sales force in various territories for efficient, result oriented and focussed team working.
6. Preparation of annual business plan and regular progress reviews with the team
7. Gathering market Intelligence within the industry for the necessary analysis and reporting to head office.
8. Responsible for customer retention & smooth closure of all market issues.
9. Provide accurate feedback for product improvement and new product development.
10. Provide technical assistance and training for products to the sales team.
11. Look after sales permission & licensing activities in the State.
