b) Achieving targeted IC recruitments, IC Licensing and month to month activation of Insurance consultants.
c) Recruitment of new ICs, coordinating III training, Licensing examination and documentations for recruited ICs.
d) Attending joint sales calls in the field with insurance consultants.
e) Driving ICs to generate new business & renewals of life insurance products on daily basis.
f) Motivating ICs with various competitions, contests & R&R initiatives launched by the co. to achieve targets.
g) Conducting regular meets with Insurance consultant and exercising team building activities on regular intervals.
