Job Description

To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets of new business /renewal premium assigned by the company.
To achieve his goal sheet wrt new business & renewals generation and developing productive team of ICs(Agents).
To achieve targeted IC recruitments, and IC activisation on monthly basis.
Self driven to achieve his/her targets pertaining to new business, renewals & IC recruitment.
To create assigned numbers of IC club qualifiers within prescribed time limit.
To motivate ICs by with various competitions, contests & R&R initiatives launched by the company.
To conduct business meetings with ICs and exercising team building activities on regular intervals.
MIS maintenance & reporting to branch head on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
