Job Description

To manage expectations of existing set of large multi locational pan India PSU clients
Good understanding of various products and offer of the company
Continuously up-sell and cross-sell various products and offers of the company
Dealing with various stake holders of the clients and have influential web of influence
To organise road shows, mail communication or any other marketing initiatives at the clients premises for better roll out of products
Networking within the Industry and other potential sectors people
Portfolio management, time to time review of accounts and mapping, Client Relationship Management.
Achieve assigned Meal & Gift up-sell and cross-sell targets.
Work closely with merchant team based on clients requirements for the assigned territory.
Provide segment market intelligence
Manage tenders and RFPs
Coordinate with cross functional team members
