Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for following key deliverables:
Personal Loan business acquisition through DSA Channel.
Personal Loan sourcing from Open Market /Corporates
Maximizing profitability (maintaining the required yield - IRR & PF)
Maximizing the cross sell opportunity.
DSA hiring , training , and ensuring DSA productivity.
Organizing sales promotional activities etc.


Should have completed minimum 2 year in the current job role.
Good communication skills
He/ She needs to be sales driven and should have good process orientation.
Prior experience in Retail Asset products, especially Personal Loans would be highly preferred.
Prior team handling experience would be desirable.
