Job Description

• Minimum 5-years' experience in call centre with at least 2 years' in leadership role managing both in-bound and out-bound voice process team

• Capable of resolving escalated student queries / issues / grievances related to pre-sales and post-sales service for all Universities

• monitoring and managing team of Telesales and service executives

• ensuring lead conversion into sales leading to revenue generation

• Segregating and assigning leads across the Telesales executives

• Controlling attrition

• Ensuring that the executives meet the daily/monthly targets and sending reports to the manager on the targets achieved

Preferably a Male Candidate

Salary Up to 30K Per Month + Incentives however not a bar for the right candidate

Requirements

Behavioural skills: Communication skills/ team leading

• Excellent communication skills – written and oral
• selling and telemarketing skills, persuasive skills, listening skills
• Good team management skills
• Innovative approach
• Should be willing to take up challenges
• Male/female no bar
• Willingess to work beyond office hours when requried

Role and Responsibilities:

• monitoring and managing team of Telesales and service executives
• Work closely with the Call Centre Manager to ensure revenue generation
• Periodically reviewing the performance of the team, constantly motivating executives driving them towards incentives
• Provide reports on activity to the Core Team
• Customer need analysis, Sales, lead generation, follow up and closure, team handling, customer satisfaction and survey, Ensuring delivery on time, revenue generation
