• Identifying new sales leads (by researching organizations and individuals online especially on social media). Converting inbound leads into prospective customers.
• Should make follow up calls on the Leads.
• Establishing customer needs and pitching new projects and services to both, new customers and existing customers .
• Maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Cold calling potential customers and selling projects (Plots) accordingly.
• Arrange meetings with clients and schedule project demonstrations.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing events to increase sales.
• Inter-departmental co-ordination with various other teams like Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, Client Success & Operations on post sales deliverables
• Must have knowledge on RERA (Real Estate Regulation Act) rules and laws briefly.
• Knowledge on Bangalore real estate market
