Looking to hire HTD (Hire Train & Deploy) module B2B sales head for various sales verticals.
Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
Maintain sales volume, professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Ensure targets are delivered to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our companys relationship with them
Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, sell to Customer Needs, Motivation, Sales Planning, Build Relationships, Coaching, Manage Processes, Market Knowledge, Develop Budgets
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales.
Experience in selling into Indian markets.
Good phone and email communication skills.
Ability to talk to Managers and CXO level executives.
Self-Motivated, Quick Learner with interest in technology solution sales.
Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
