Job Description

Responsible for Student Enrollments.
Core Expertise in Student Enrollments
Minimum 10 years of work experience in Leading Coaching Institute as a Sales & Marketing professional.
Good knowledge & experience of Offline (Outdoor, Indoor Advertising), Online (Digital) Marketing, Tie up with Schools, Teachers, Admission consultants, colleges, University for tie-up, info desk career seminars on various places.
Responsible for Dealing with Agents, sales and Data Collection, SMS & email Marketing, , and Seminar.
Responsible for Sales training & enrollments for center.
Responsible for regular updates, marketing trends and changes.
Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing director
Proven ability to drive the sales process.
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Excellent listening, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Managing Admission Desk of Class X to Class XI Batch .
Coordinate with the Schools.
Taking care of school Tie-ups for integrated programs.
Create the sales and marketing strategy within assigned team.
Divide the assigned target to the team.
Manage and check all the expense reports of the team.
Generate the database from schools and other sources.
Meet the Principal/Director/ Head and Management Authority for productivity business betterment.
Manage the various planning of sales and marketing within assigned region.
Plan and conducting the seminars in schools, Feeder area and various approaches.
Converting the data into sales (Admission).
Interaction with student and parents on routine basis.
Tie-up with other institute and school for business development.
Planning and involve the tour activity .
