Sales Export Executive Coordinator

Job Description

Maintaining database by inputting invoice data.
Updates managers and marketing team by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
Provides product, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analysing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement.
Coordination between customers and marketing team for their respective requirement
Assisting marketing teams members in buy and sell/trading transactions Filing of records/documents, preparing documents for contracts
Coordination with CHAs/ Freight forwarders Handling and inspection of shipments at site.
Preparation of export documentations and other work related to export shipment.
