In the outlets that are within his area of responsibility, the Sales Representative is accountable for:
Regular distribution & availability of all brands of company according to the minimum requirement set.
Proper presentation of company,s brands as per the standards set.
Making sure companys assets are regularly audited and keeping a check on the assets.
Make sure the companys visi cooler is always pure and as per the planogram given by company
Regular activations & promotions to be conducted as and when required
Selling in of new brands and SKUs.
Ensuring proper level of stock and stock rotation
Sales targets as defined by the company.
Manage distributors/ dealers.
Identify newer avenues of business
Responsible for collection in time and follow-up of outstandings
To ensure a healthy realization of the sales volume activities.
Track competition volumes and monitor competitor activities to evaluate brand performance.
Ensure Brand Basics of brands across all channels
Within a designated area of coverage, visit the outlets according to the visitation schedule agreed with his supervisor
To ensure that the outlets carry the prioritised portfolio of SKUs
To ensure that the outlets maintain sufficient stock levels (on shelf and in storage) to sustain the expected pace of sales
To merchandise the outlet according to the standards set
To handle product and trade complaints in a professional manner
To give market feedback to his supervisor.
To build and maintain strong relationship with outlets in order to derive mutually beneficial gains and to enable the sell in of our various programs
To report accurately on the activities and actions that he has undertake
Key Challenges in Achieving Goal(s): (What are the key challenges faced by this role in meeting its goals/objectives)
Adherence to highly regulated and complex industry
South Mumbai sales experience will be preferred
