Sales Executive

Sales Executive Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conducts market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints and objections
• Understands the sales and marketing process to assist buyers qualitatively
• Understands concepts with an ability to represent it to prospects
• Ability to prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and attend to their concerns and requests
• Collaborate with Team to achieve better results and meet targets
• Develops long lasting relationships with the clients
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards
• Meets sales goals and increase footprint of the company in the market

Sales Executive Skills and Qualities:
• The applicant must be persuasive, possess telephone skills, possess data entry skills & closing skills and must be confident as well as persistent
• Energetic yet soft spoken individual with proficiency in English, Marathi & Hindi languages (is mandatory)
• Adapts quickly to a challenging working environment
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Must be passionate about sales and the real estate industry
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Qualification: Any qualification/Course in Marketing (added advantage)/B.B.A. (Marketing) (added advantage) /M.B.A. (Marketing) (added advantage)
Professional Experience:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or a similar role
• 0-2 years of experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage. (preference to Real estate experience)
