Sales Executive

Job Description

• Own and achieve sales targets
• Perform market research of target customers and competitors with their competitive offerings in the field of HR Recruitment Services & IT Services
• Perform prospects & competitors profiling, maintain their databases
• Perform Customer Contacts Discovery through professional networking and other professional web sites, business directories
• Perform lead generation campaigns through email, social media and professional networking and its conversion into sales
• Make cold calls/email/online campaigning and help in lead generation
• Manage in/out bound sales calls
• Conducting field surveys and email campaigns on need basis
• Set up meetings with potential customers and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services to build sales pipeline
• Responsible for owning and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets defined for self and ensuring collections
• Help in developing go-to-market plan and sales strategy
• Collate, analyze and present data for business planning and strategy

Requirements

* Must own a Bike/Scooty to make field visits

• Education: MBA Marketing preferred or past experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Dev
• Excellent English Communication Skills to work with domestic & foreign clients
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
• Minimum 3 months’ work experience into Marketing & Lead Generation would be preferred
• Experience into Manpower Consultancy/IT Services Sales process would be preferred
• Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills can also apply
