Job Description


We are a startup company, looking for a motivated and competitive Sales & Marketing Executive to help us build up our business activities in B2B segment of Export/Import sector. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.


The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.


Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Target Markets: Delhi NCR & neighbouring regional markets


Gender: Male


Industry: B2B segment under Export/Import Sector


Age : Less than 30 Years


When required: Immediate/ASAP




  • Participate in performing product research, market potential study, evaluation and shortlisting of products for Export/Import opportunities
  • Conduct regional market research to identify selling possibilities, sales options and evaluate customer needs in B2B segment targeting distributors/wholesalers/retailers
  • Survey and assess existing market players (suppliers), their competitive offerings and value propositions and help in product selection and positioning in regional markets
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media and relationships
  • Drive lead generation and conversion
  • Define and drive sales & marketing strategy to expand sales
  • Set up meetings with potential customers and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services to build sales pipeline
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences, workshops
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results and market performance



Experience: 0 - 24 Months but not more than 2 years

Open to work from home with own devices, network during initial period of setting up the office infrastructure

Weekly off on Tuesday, (Sat/Sun working to maximize the co-working with other fellow working professionals)

·      Educational Qualifications: B.Com./ PGDM/ MBA in Sales & Marketing
·      Have good written and oral communications skills in Hindi & English
·      Work Experience: 6 months to 2 Years as a sales executive or relevant role, freshers with high aptitude and energy for sales are also considered
·      Functional knowledge of MS Office or any other similar open source office productivity software
·      Thorough understanding of sales & marketing and negotiating techniques
·      Fast learner and passion for sales
·      Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
·      Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
·      Open for extensive traveling within Delhi NCR and neighboring regional markets
·      Keen interest to partner with a startup company by working directly with the founders
