Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and implement business strategies to enhance customer experience / increase customer pool.
* You will be the owner of store P & L.
* Ensure everything runs smoothly to meet the budget and sale goals.
* Managing store staff and which includes being a part of selection process , training , mentoring and• ensuring they perform the best and render best service.
* Store manager will be in charge of complete store administration.
* Responsibilities also include visual merchandising and coming up with innovative ideas for store.
* Handle customer grievances, complaints, service delivery issues from staff.
* Manage Product inventories and stocks
