Job Description

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
2. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
3. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
5. Daily reports collect from subordinates and report to HOD.
6. Daily Sales plan to be check and following the dispatches on time and co ordinate with production.
7. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
8. weekly and Monthly sales plan to be prepare and report to HOD.
9. Customer feedback to be check daily basis.
10. Check with customer daily Plan as well as check the DO sequence.
11. Check the transporter drivers and stores supervisor for daly transportation details and report to HOD.
12. DO sequence monitor with subordinates and share to concern departments to process.
13. Ceck and monitor the Juniors and customer support persons working attendance and punctuality.
14. Customer payments to be follow as per outstanding periods and receive and report advice to HOD.
15. Check and analysis the daily issues and take the corrective action.
16. If any deviation in work shcedule, get approvel from higher authority.
17. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
18. Deeply monitorng for customer satisfaction to get the good relationship and good busness.
19. Controll the expenses and minimyse the unwanted expenses and controll the usasge which related with expenses.
20. Every hour dispatch status to be updated and monitor with Juniors.
21. Improvement activities to be check regulary like cost saving and time saving.
22. Search the new development activities for getting new bussiness.
